ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT AND
GENERAL RELEASE OF ANGLER
It is expressly understood that all participants in the Los Amigos Fishing Tournament enter at their own risk by signing and executing the herein registration form. Thereby, each participant further acknowledges and understands there exists a risk of bodily harm/injury when participating in the aforementioned tournament. Each participant agrees to obtain and have in effect either personally, or on the registered boat, insurance to protect the participants of any bodily harm, injuries, sickness, death, illness, or other such medical treatments which may arise or occur as a result of participation in the aforementioned tournament.
The participants hereby further agrees that in return for the undersigned’s participation in Los Amigos Fishing Tournament, he shall Hold Harmless and Indemnify fully, Los Amigos Fishing Tournament, their agents, servants, successors, officers, staff, sponsors, heirs, executors, administrators and all other persons, corporations, associations or partnerships from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights, damages, costs, lost of services, expenses, and compensations which may accrue on account or in any way growing out of any personal injury, bodily harm, injury, illness, death, sickness and/or medical treatment sought or required as a result from any accident, casualty or event which may occur on June 1st, 2006 and June 2nd, 2006, at Los Amigos Fishing Tournament, in Key Largo, Florida.
It is further expressly understood and/or acknowledged that the undersigned participant, being of lawful age, and in consideration of having paid to participate in Los Amigos Fishing Tournament, does hereby and for its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assignees hereby release, acquit and forever discharge Los Amigos Fishing Tournament, its agents, servants, staff, sponsors, officers, successors, heirs, executors, administrators and all other persons, firms, corporations, associations or partnerships of and from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, demands, rights, damages, costs, loss of services, expenses and compensations whatsoever which may hereinafter accrue on account of or in any way growing out of an unforeseen bodily and personal injury, sickness, death, illness, resulting from an accident, casualty or event which may occur on or about May 30th, 2008 and May 31st, 2008, during participation at Los Amigos Tournament in Key Largo, Florida.
The participants hereby further agrees that in return for the undersigned’s participation in Los Amigos Fishing Tournament, he shall Hold Harmless and Indemnify fully, Los Amigos Fishing Tournament, their agents, servants, successors, officers, staff, sponsors, heirs, executors, administrators and all other persons, corporations, associations or partnerships from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights, damages, costs, lost of services, expenses, and compensations which may accrue on account or in any way growing out of any personal injury, bodily harm, injury, illness, death, sickness and/or medical treatment sought or required as a result from any accident, casualty or event which may occur on June 1st, 2006 and June 2nd, 2006, at Los Amigos Fishing Tournament, in Key Largo, Florida.
